
Rebecca, also known as Geeta is a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher, registered with Yoga Alliance, who completed her
500 hour teacher training in 2024. Her focus areas include Kriya Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and Naadi, drawing on deep spiritual practices to guide her students toward balance and mindfulness. During her training, Rebecca travelled to India for a transformative yoga retreat in the Himalayas, where she immersed herself in holistic yogic practices, including diet, meditation, and yoga.
With a background in nursing, including a post-graduate degree in mental health nursing, Rebecca currently works as a registered nurse in community aged care. Her professional journey in healthcare has deeply informed her holistic approach to wellness, reinforcing her belief in the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit.
Having practiced yoga for many years, Rebecca developed a strong interest in well-being. She has a particular passion for restorative yoga and often incorporates body scan techniques to help others slow down, find stillness, and connect with their inner peace. She believes that in moments of stillness, the magic of healing and self-discovery unfolds.
