Rebecca (also known as Radha) found yoga when she was 19, and from that moment, it became a powerful tool that has helped her stay grounded, centred, and motivated through life's ups and downs.
She has completed her 500-hour yoga teaching training under Raj Ji’s guidance and also undertook level 1 children’s yoga teacher training at Yoga Kids Training Academy.
Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, she offers a blend of mindful movement, pranayama, and Kriya yoga techniques that foster stillness, presence of mind,and a sense of balance.
In her classes you can expect a welcoming, friendly, and supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect, and rediscover the joy and wonderment within yourself.
