Daya Lina would like to invite you to be kind to yourself and ease your day with mindful movement yoga.
She began her yoga journey many decades ago in her 20s and has returned to the practice throughout the years to find much appreciated moments of calm. In recent years she has realized that life is simply better when she takes the time for regular practice.
As part of the process of recovering from an injury she finally committed to something she has long wanted to do and embarked on an enlightening year of yoga teacher training in 2022 completing her 500 hours with Raj Traditional Yoga and Kriya Yoga School.
Daya Lina enjoys gardening, beach camping, storytelling, sharing her yoga journey, and looking after our environment.
